FAQ + Policies

Where is your company located?

Kate Tuesday is located in sunny West Palm Beach, Florida not far from the beach but close enough to send out our jewelry worldwide.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order with us, there is a 3-5 business day processing time period for us to get your order together. We then package and send your items out via USPS First Class Mail. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days. International orders can take anywhere from 13-20 days depending on the location. 

All orders take 3-5 business days to process before shipping out.
The average time is 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 before emailing in regards to the status of your order.
RUSH PROCESSING: If you need items shipped the next day, please choose the RUSH processing shipping option at checkout.

Clothing Shipping:

Clothing shipping takes a little longer, and your items will normally be shipped out within 7-10 business days from purchase.

Do I get a tracking number to track my package?

Yes! Of course! We will email you a confirmation email with tracking number once your package has shipped. You can track your postage on the USPS website.


How will I know the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and it is processing. You will then receive a second email once your order has shipped, and this will include a tracking number so that you may track your package as it travels to you.


What types of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all credit and debit cards as well as Paypal. If you are having issues placing your order or need assistance with it, please email us and we should respond the same day.

Is it possible to cancel or change an order?

It is difficult to cancel or change you order, but once again, please email us as soon as you know ( respectfully the same day the order is placed) and we will do our best to accommodate you. :)

Is it possible to return or refund my order?

Yes, you have 7 days from the time your package is delivered to email us and let us know you would like a refund or exchange. If you receive a damaged product, or are truly unhappy with your purchase, then please email us and we will do everything that we can to accommodate you and make sure that we fix everything :)

Do you offer different types of shipping?

We offer different levels of shipping. Our lowest shipping rate does not include tracking. We have a base rate with tracking, and we also have a priority rate for the fastest delivery. Once you get to the checkout section, you can choose your shipping preference. If you need an item sooner for an event or occasion, please email us and we will be happy to accommodate and ship via overnight, express or whatever works best for you.

Awesome! We are always looking for new brand ambassadors to rep our jewelry. Please email us with your information and we will get back to you shortly. The only qualification that you need is a social media account that you have access to posting on at your standards. Instagram and blogs are our favorite, but we are open to working with new social media enthusiasts to help you and spread our love of jewelry. Email us!

How can I be notified of sales and specials?

Join our mailing list and we send out weekly emails with new products, sales and special promos for our email lovers.

Do you sell wholesale, for boutiques or give discounts for a large order?

Yes! We love to do all of these.
