Never received my package

I am no longer doing business with this company. I have had 3 different orders that they make labels for, but then never send the package. They have told me that it is the fault of the Post Office, yet the first order I never received back in January still says that the label was made, but the package was never sent to the post office. I have now asked for a refund and of course am not hearing anything back. Buyers beware.
