The banner on the site claims to ship orders in 2-4 days. When my order had not shipped in 10 days, I began sending emails and messages over the following week. I never received a reply. It wasn’t until I threatened if I did not hear something that I would have to report her, that I finally got a refund and my order cancelled. Still, no reply to my email, apology or explanation why my order was not fulfilled in 3 weeks.
