Damaged Product/Bent Earring Posts.

Unreasonable Shipping times. Minimal Packaging material for jewelry items. Sent in a poly bag mailer with very then bubble wrap. Received many pairs of Earrings with bent posts due to poor packaging. Sent emails with photos to resolve the issue. Communication is not in a professional timely manner, if you get a response at all.
