Terrible customer service

I ordered on July 4th. It was ready to ship. Here it is 15 days later and it still has not shipped. I have reached out 3 different times via email and got 1 response. Assured me they would ship it out the next day. It was not shipped. I then requested a refund and I have had no response once again. Very disappointed
