Red and Blue Glitter Star Earrings

I ordered on March 19th, I then inquired about shipping on March 29th, I was told it was shipping on April 2nd. I received a pre-shipping notification on April 3rd. The label was created but never shipped. I inquired again on April 13th, no response. I inquired again on April 16th stating I wanted a refund. I was immediately refunded with zero explanation. I realllly wanted this items to go with my new spring arrivals at my boutique. I spent a lot of time picking them out to match outfits, waited a month to received them and then…nothing. I’m so disappointed.
